Accusations of “abusing his position of trust and defrauding his employer, the Birmingham City Council, of over £900,000″ have been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in an effort to extradite Tyler Joshua Evans from the United States to the United Kingdom.
