Charles Winn LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, a complaint alleging “a fraudulent investment scheme involving fine wine” British citizens Aaron David Scott-Britten (also known as Aaron David, Aaron Scott, and Aaron David K. Britten), Ohran Emmanuel Stewart (also known as Elliott Stewart), Casey Alexander (also known as Casey Alexander), and Charlie Jake Smith (also known as Charlie Jake Smith) were all living in London at the time of the alleged crime.
