Poland: Metropolitan Investment

In response to a request for judicial assistance from Poland, 1430 SW 12TH AVE LLC, Metropolitan Investment LLC, Maksymilian Markuszewski LLC, and RJ US SPV I LLC have asked for a Commissioner to be appointed so that evidence can be gathered against Metropolitan Investment Spolka Akcyjna, also known as MISA; Lukasz Wlodarczyk; and Robert Jas for alleged investment fraud.
