Aleksandar Karadzic et al v. OFAC et al

Aleksandar Karadzic, Ljiljana Zelen Karadzic, and Sonja Karadzic, all residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the son, daughter, and wife, respectively, of Radovan Karadzic, “the former President of the Bosnian Serb Republic,” filed a complaint against Andrea Gacki, as Director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and the United States Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign.
